1484 1930 Cover from Alor Star to England inscribed by Dutch Air Mail, with eight Kedah stamps totalling 59c, therefore underpaid by 1c, handstamped triangular "T" and "AIR MAIL FEE / INSUFFICIENTLY PAID".
