1284 image1909 (Sep 9) Fine coloured poster card for the First International Air Meeting at Brescia, posted to Switzerland franked 10c cancelled by "BRESCIA / STAZE CIRCUITO AEREO" c.d.s, a second strike alongside. 1295 Air Mails - Imperial Airways Flight Interruptions. 1931-38 Commercial covers all delayed en route between KUT and G.B including 1931 (Mar. 24) cover from Entebbe to England delayed for fifteen days by the break down of two flying boats, other covers delayed by crashes, forced landings, fog, storms, a broken float, theft of gold from the aircraft, snowstorm, faulty fuel lines, etc. An interesting lot, well written up on pages.
