This cover was carried by me from Rangoon to Kalaw, thence to Myitnge from there to Mandalay + Myitkyina, from Myitkyina by plane to Assam then by rail to India, F. Mitchell 6/7/42", creased; and a March 1942 calendar signed and inscribed "This Calendar was flown with me from Shwebo (Burma) to India on 17th March 42". (2).
