The Curtis Collection is renowned for important Revenue stamps, but Daniel B. Curtis has also been an avid collector of regular and commemorative issues. This sale covers the issues from 1847-1901, and contains only unused stamps. Among the many highlights are early classic original-gum stamps such as the 1847 Issue, 1861 First Designs and Colors, Bank Note Special Printings and later issues such as the Columbians.
