Addr to "AGENCE CENTRALE DES PRISONNIERS DE GUERRE/COMITE INTERNATIONAL DE LA CROIX - ROUGE/GENEVE/(SUISSE)" & translated to "Central Agency for Prisoners of War/International Committee of the Red Cross/Geneva, Switzerland". Censor tape on left and stamped front and back in dbl oval "OUVERT/UP50/PAR L'AUTORITE MILITAIRE". Return addr on flap w/"293" stamped at flap end. A stamped name and addr in a rectangle is on the front and possibly the intended POW (Image)
