Addressed to atty in Los Angeles, CA w/a flyer regarding the unfair status of Danzig & it's corridor (formerly German). Poland - German Occupatio, 12g Purple on piece w/special pmk, VF Used, cut to shape & tied to piece by pictorial pmk "ZWE1 JAHRE GENERAL GOVERNMENT/26 10/1941/KRAKAU" w/Nazi Eagle crest and (probably) a drawing of Waivel Castle.
