Extensive 1909-1990s Precancel Collection Over 800 different nicely organized on stockpages, six different city / town precancels, from earliest to latest (ending in 1930 or 1937), then general Belgium bilingual precancels from 1930 to early 1990s. Mostly in singles, some earlier stamps with label at foot. Mainly unused as customary for these to about mid-1930s, then high percentage are mint from late 1930s on, much recent is NH, Fine to Very Fine; an excellent collection on the subject and a great starting point for specialization.
