1920, the third issue, black monogram surcharge (15mm) 10r over black surcharge 20k on 14k blue and rose, full OG, LH, VF and very rare, since stamps of 20k/14k were not available for surcharge by Yerevan Post Office initially, they were supplied and overprinted in the middle of 1920, beginning of 1921, finally only a few sheets were produced, the stamp is not listed in Scott or Artar
