1966 Provisionals: Two registered express airmail covers from al-Kharashef to Germany in 1971 franked by 1966 (or later) Royal official provisionals, one franked 4b. red on yellow block of four in combination with pair of 'Astronauts' air stamps 6b. all tied by '12.7.71' c.d.s., the other cover franked by block of seven of the provisional 4b. red on white glazed paper in combination with 'Dessert Route Supplementary' provisional 8b., tied by '1.9.71' c.d.s. Both covers with Royal cachets, handstamps "DELAYED IN TRANSIT/VIA RUB'AL-KHALI DESERT ROUTE/TO OMAN COAST", special '10 B. REGISTRY FEE PAID' labels and backstamped Fulda arrival.

1940's-80's: Collection of 92 covers, postcards and FDC's from YAR, the Kingdom of Yemen and Southern Yemen, including some good frankings like Northern Yemen 1947 AIR, Kingdom issues like 1963 overprints, the 1963 surcharge Consular Official, 1967 stamps and souvenir sheet optd. "For Poison Gas Victims" and others, plus several postal stationery items, gold folio stamp on cover, imperf. stamps and souvenir sheets, and many more.
