YUGOSLAVIA PRE-1940s ISSUES COLLECTION FEATURING 'FREAKS AND ERRORS'. stock book of many 100s of stamps with an abundance of multiples (much specifically relating to errors) with add'l "back of the book" and some cinderellas, the main strength is in the 1921 first issue featuring pre-printing folds, major offsets, foldovers, freak perforations, over and under inking, imperforate horizontally and imperforates vertically, as well as imperforate pairs to high values, etc., there is also a little postal history incorporated chronologically into the collection, but the value for the most part is in the very diverse varieties present, mostly F-VF, an intriguing view with much that is unusual and scarce
