1902, Ciudad Bolivar: four copies of 5 C green on pieces with blue rubber-imprint with monogram "AS" (Antonio Sucre) and "VALE ...." in denominations of 25 Cs., 50 Cs. Bs. 3 and Bs. 5 with partly coat-of-arms cds "FISCALICA DE INSTRUCTION PUBLICA EDO. GUAYANA" and signature "Sucre", this very rare provisorial has been made during a stamps-absence in Ciudad Bolivar, four cert. Club Filatelico de Caracas, and newest signature Dr. Heister BPP.
