MASS OF VENEZUELA. an outstanding range housed in a stock book, beginning with the first issues of the Republic, imperforates of 1859 with several dozen examples, both mint and used, both fine and coarse impressions and with some fancy cancels, leading onto the 1862/64 imperfs, the 1865/70 imperfs group with a plethora of cancels including multiples, through to the Simon Bolivar issues imperfs with assortment of cancels, followed by group of 19th century perforated definitives, maps etc., the 20th century also strong, leading through to back of the book, with some early long revenues, as well as La Guarya and the imperf correos vale types etc., usual mixed condition, VG-VF, viewing highly recommended

Starter collection of 100s in a Filven album, note 380-83 NH, 471-77 mint, C189-97 mint, C338-46 mint, C356-64 mint, assorted mint (many NH) sets of the mid 1950s/ early 1980s incl airmails, etc., usual mixed condition with some typical light gum toning and some 1950s issues stuck down in mounts, mostly F-VF.

VENEZUELA MINT POSTAL CARDS GROUP, 1887/1900. 19 mint cards (10 different;H&G 1-3, 5-8, 8a, 9, 12),): 1887-93 complete less the 1889 10c+10c, three each of 1893 10c red and 10c+10c red showing distinct shades, etc., also 1900 10c unusually fresh and Very Fine, from a holding untouched for decades (see online scans)
