TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS COLLECTION, several hundred mostly mint, mounted in a Scott Speciality album, the collection runs to about 1989 and includes singles, sets and some SS's, most appear to be NH, overall Very Fine but there may be some scattered faults here and there, we noticed values up to about $50 and the total catalog value should be a couple thousand dollars, a very nice starter collection, (ENV 500-600) (Image)
