1870 4p Black on Coarse Bluish Wove paper, Perf 11½-12 A nicely centered mint block of 25 with sheet margin on three sides, imperforate vertically between first and second columns, a few split perfs sensibly strengthened by small hinges at lower left, three pairs and the regular perforated stamps are NH. A striking and elusive perforation variety, F-VF LH
