1920 (ca.?), VINEBRE: enormous accumulation of local 5 cents stamps 'CONSELL MUNICIPAL DE VINEBRE' in four different colours (blue/black, green/black, carmine/orange-red and red/black) with approx. 11.000 stamps mostly in part and complete sheets (25 stamps each) incl. about 10.000 imperforate stamps and the balance perforated with approx. 700 stamps showing INVERTED CENTRES, mint never hinged with a part of them with toned gum, unusual and scarce probably the largest stock of this issue in existance!
