Since the colony was not sold back to France until 1878, the cancellation must either be of private nature or have been used on the neighboring Saint Kitts. The letter rate to Saint Barthélemy via Germany was 38 öre 1.7.1875-15.3.1878. Very interesting item. (Image1)
