Sweden, P.O.W mail, Facit bKe9 1897 Commemorative postcard 5 öre sent from SUNDSVALL 25.4.1901 to Prisoner of War, Diyatalawa Camp, Ceylon. One origin additional stamp seems to have fallen off before the arrival. Cancellations DIYATALAWA CAMP PASSED CENSOR and COLOMBO 28.MY.01. Additional franked with Ceylon 6c (Mi120) corresponding to fully prepaid postcard rate, as the Swedish commemorative postcard was not allowed in the international mail exchange due to UPU regulations, and then forwarded to Germany.
