NOVOUZENSK, 3 Kop blue and red, well perforated and in fresh color, cancelled by pen stroke, as complementary franking on 7 Kop blue postal stationery envelope (formate 145:81mm) with cds ROWNOE, 30.7.1896, addressed to Ms Helene Adolphi via E.D.PLESKE at the manor Earl Schuwalow in Pargolowo near St.Petersburg. Mr. Eduard D. Pleske was chairmain of the russian national bank and resp. later minister of finance. The manor of Earl Schuwalow still exists.

NOWOUSENSK, 3 Kop. blau/rot, Semstwo-Marke, farbfrisch und sehr gut gezähnt auf Ganzsachsenumschlag 7 Kop., stockig, Format 145:81 mm, mit Stempel "ROWNOE 30.7.1896" an Fräulein Helene Adolphi per Adresse E.D.PLESKE im Landhaus Graf Schuwalow in Pargolowo bei St. Petersburg. Herr Eduard D. Pleske war Vorsitzender der russischen Staatsbank und späterer Finanzminister. Das Landhaus des Grafen Schuwalow existiert heute noch. Es sind insgesamt lediglich 10 Briefe dieser Semstwo-Ausgabe bekannt geworden. Eine der großen Raritäten dieses Gebietes! Fotoattest Prof. Dr. Greis.
