Russia: Azerbaijan: 1923 (June 19) ordinary letter from Baku to Rostov-on-Don with receiving mark, franked with pair of 1923 Star overprinted 50k. with Armenian unframed "Z" under the star (S.G. 74a). The large "Z" is much scarcer than the small "Z". Roughly opened and with red arrows adhered to cover, an unusual item. Ex Ceresa. Photo.
