1919, PULTUSK, registered letter with Germania 10 Pfg vertical pair and two singles, 15 Pfg. Germania in block of four with overprint "Gen.-Gouv. Warschau" and lokal Handstamp POCZTA POLSKA and 2 bars together with block of four 15 Pfg. Germania "Gen.-Gouv. Warschau". The letter was sent to J.
