1928, 3rd issue, artist's composite essay, large blueprint (295 : 295 mm) showing value tablets for all 8 stamps issued in 1928 (SG D12/14, D16/20) with pasted over pale-blue (size 87 : 108 mm) simplified frame design with separate vertical label for Arabic "Palestine" stuck on at rigth.
