It was sent without postage due to the shortage of stamps, as indicated on back (handwritten note "There are no more stamps..."), with blue oval mark of "1º Distrito Comisaría Monteros - Tucumán"). It also bears a rectangular datestamp of MONTEROS (19/FE) on front and back, and arrival marks of Rosario 21/FE, fine quality, very interesting, market value US$100 (Image)
