Moreno, it was dispatched in INGENIERO JACOBACCI, to "Empresa de Automóviles La Unión (para entregar a los Señores Lahusen y Cía Ltda. - Comodoro Rivadavia), SAN ANTONIO OESTE". The Post delivered the cover on 23/JA in San Antonio Oeste to the stagecoach mail "LA UNION", which carried letters to several cities in southern Argentina. With some opening defects, but this is an extremely rare piece combining official post and stagecoach mail! (Image)

The postal clerks misinterpreted the address (very untidy writing) and sent the letter to SWITZERLAND (Basel arrival 5/AP), where it was forwarded to the correct destination, arriving in Villa Carlos Paz on 18/JA/1944 with THREE CENSOR LABELS (2 Allied + 1 Nazi), excellent and very rare!
