1860 RUSSIAN PROVINCE ISSUES & COVERS: Binder containing four used examples of the first issue 10k blue & rose (shades) SG 1. All poor, with faults (blunt perfs, small thins, one without perfs., etc.) Also a trio of c.1840s wrappers and 3 covers, 1905 & 1912 Regd. covers Warsaw to London & 1915 Warsaw to Nottingham.
