1918 ZARKI LOCAL POST: A 1918 env. to Warsaw with a 1st issue 5h tied by a mainly fine large circular local post "ZARKI/[eagle]/KROL. POLSKIE" postmark for transport to the nearest Austrian occupation post office where a KuK Feldpost 20h was cancelled by the "KuK ETTEPENPOSTAMT/11.x.18/DABROWA in POLEN" cds. Very rare on cover. RARE 1919 REGISTERED FROM ZAWIERCIE: A fine 1919 env. ex Zawiercie to Pulawy endorsed "POLECONY" with a Zawercie registration etiquette and a 20g Warsaw issue stamp surcharged "50 FEN 50/Poczta Polska" cancelled with a "ZAWIERCIE" namestamp & a further namestamp adjacent, and a Pulawy receiving cds on back.
