Included are Semi Postals, Air Post, also Dutch Indies both mint hinged and used from 1912 to 1966 and includes Semi Postals, Dues, Officials. Appears f-vf throughout, and is housed in a green Scott Specialty album. Please note many stamps have not been photographed.
