COLLECTION OF NORWAY 1905-39 ISSUES PRESENTED BY CROWN PRINCE OLAV to US PRESIDENT FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT. range (mostly complete for period), of definitives, commems, air mail and official issues mounted on pages in a specially prepared album which was presented by the Crown Prince to FDR at Hyde Park NY in 1939, the title page of the album is signed "Olav" and signed at the top "Franklin D Roosevelt/ Hyde Park/ April 30 1939", the album (per a note by FDR) was prepared for presentation to the President by the Philatelic Society of Oslo, the stamps are apparently (pages are sealed) hinged onto the quadrille pages and they appear to be fresh and in sound condition, Very Fine and undoubtedly unique
