Complete sheet of 60, full o.g., bright and fresh with complete unreduced selvage all around; natural preprinting paper fold in 7th row and horiz and vertical file folds only affecting a few stamps, still Very Fine for this, a great rarity with only three sheets recorded, with 2007 Jaretzky certificate.

Lower right portion of stamp with huge margins, tied by sharp bold Saltillo oval date stamp (Schatzkes 1355) on 1861 folded letter sheet to San Luis Potosi, Very Fine and choice, in April 1861, Saltillo was sent only 510 2r stamps and by June they had exhausted the supply and began to bisect the 4r stamps, with 2007 Jaretzky and 2010 M.E.P.S.I. certificates.
