MEXICO CLASSICS COLLECTION. Lallier album pages with only mostly used classic issues incl a strong showing of the imperf Hidalgos with 1856 4r red o/p Morelia, 1861 8r black on red with huge margins all round and Tabasco ovpt, equally nice 8r green on red brown the scarce 3c brown eagle used, Guadalajara pair, etc., stuck down in the old style but since the majority are used, they should therefore soak off without problems, some forgeries as usual, enormous potential here.

MEXICO "BACK OF THE BOOK" COLLECTION. two-volumes with well over 700 stamps, mint and used, virtually all different excepting a few multiples, with some premium material present; the first book concentrates on the classic revenues, with eagle type federal tax issues of 1890/94 to 5 pesos, 1897 to 5 pesos, lots of town ovpts on types from 1898 thru revolution period, then wonderful large Hidalgo issues for 1879, documents/books inc. large 1880 10 pesos red and black and 1881 10 pesos blue and black, as well as precious metals, textiles, extensive internal revenues, tobacco, etc, plus scarce locals. In the second book there are studies of express stamps, registration, certification labels, further scarce locals this time officials with an excellent showing of the different types, as well as revolution period «transitorio» eagle issues on cover and other postal history. Please inspect, an enjoyable lot to study and research.

MEXICO 19th CENTURY ISSUES COLLECTION. an appealing collection of 110 mint and used on vintage pages with many premium issues, useful used 1st issues followed by an attractive group of the Eagles to 8r Red used, next the Maximilians with lithograph types to 50c used incl ½c Grey, Hidalgos continue with 1868 "no period" 100c Black on brown pin perf used, 1872 types to 100c Lilac and nice section of later Hidalgos to high values, note "Banknote" Hidalgos and Numerals, etc., usual mixed condition with a few dubious or reprints and some slightly stuck down, still an overall Fine collection and a nice basis for expansion
