Neatly arranged in binder with modest to moderate duplication at times; best mint are Scott #294-302 (plus duplicates of 294-301), 310-320, 423-433, a 465 that is probably good, 484-494, 527, 528-538, these catalog over $1,000, additionally there are a great many stamps in the $10-$30 range, 1915 Villa Monograms including inverts some of which are probably good, including Scott 444, several covers also present.

Mexico, Mazatlan Sub-Office Postmarks, 1839-51. 13 stampless covers; includes bold Copala (Schatzkes 753) with and without unlisted "Franco" handstamp, Cosala (754) with "3" rate handstamp in red and black, Culiacan with straight line (YB MZ46) in red and black, red fancy oval (MZ47) and two different date stamps (MZ48 & MZ50), Panuco straight line in red (Schatzkes 773), red boxed Rosario (YB MZ116), 1839 Sinaloa in oval (MZ120), etc., generally F.-V.F. or better.

Odds and ends, with 17 items of classics and Revolution; impressive strip of 3 used of 2r first issue (Sc#3), 2 blocks of 25c Maximilian with Mexico name only (7,227 issued to exchange for demonetized Eagles), nice Maximilian 7c engraved with Mepsi cert. (Scott $450), pristine stampless Soyaniquilpam cover, Merida stampless registered front, U.S. Charleston to Mexico front probably from war times, two 1882 used postal stationary covers one to Constantinople, Turkey, 4 unused premium genuine revolutionary stamps with Carranza overprints Sc# 482, 482v inverted, 483, one with MEPSI cert indicating NH ($405), a 5 pesos unused Gobierno Constitucionalista + Villa overprints NF 480C-SP, and 3 nice looking White Sonora covers without seal that look philatelic.

Of approximately 260 stamps and 19 covers mostly arranged on pages in binder; virtually all Hidalgo issues with numerous reprints with forged overprints and cancels, fake splits on piece and on cover including works of Raoul De Thuin, some Spiro forgeries with a nice array of types and cancels, a 1861 4r block of 59 with fake Veracruz overprints, group of recent certified items (mostly covers) with dubious items hiding in collections including Josling & Schatzkes; an interesting reference group.

Mexico, 1914 Transitorio Issue on Cover. 60 covers of which ten represent nearly all of the value, these include seven official mail (frankings usually multiples of 3 centavos (3c, 6c, 9c up to 18c) including a registered with two 20c plus a 2c Denver issue - highly unusual, a registered cover bears four Scott 369 and another bears the 20c, one has 2c pair plus 1c Ejercito issue, and one is an 8c (4c pair) approximation of the 5c rate (due to stamp shortage), etc., F.-V.F.
