Mexico, 1861, Second Issue Collection Balance. 665 stamps representing 30 districts with much duplication (for example, the fifteen #12s are all Mexico as are most of the 21 #10s), however there are some better stamps including some with sub-office cancels, the 48 mint are mostly without overprint including three 8r, of course those from the best districts are worth substantially more than Scott; occasional fault, most F.-V.F.

Mexico, 1861, Second Issue Collection Group. 115 mostly used stamps representing 11 districts, the most common being Orizava and Tampico while the scarcest are probably Tula, Tulancingo and Victoria, includes excellent Chalco, couple of Lagos splits tied to pieces, good showing of Maravatio including a few sub-offices, there are eight Tulancingo including a ½r, Follansbee catalog $3,191 and additionally several cover are also present, almost all F.-V.F.
