Baltic States accumulation mainly from 1919 to the 1990s in three cartons. Thousands and thousands of mint and used stamps in three Scott albums, nine stockbooks, binders, plastic bags, loose, glassines and album pages. Since the collector’s passion was Estonia, a preponderance from that country dominates having town cancels, varieties, etc. The most interesting is a Scott album from 1919 to 1940 collection of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania which the viewer must not miss.
