1940, parcel card from RIGA 10.VIII. 40 shortly after the Sovjet occupation, with 6.30 Lats on front and back using 5 Lats coat of arms sent to KAUNAS and arrived there on 16 AUG 40. 1 Lat delivery fee had to be paid by attaching a stamp. (Image)
