1948 Registered cover franked German Occup (!) 1941 VILNIUS opts 5k-60k, tied by 'Vilnius 16 9 48' cds, plus Soviet 20k Postcard registered & uprated with 'Vilnius 21 7 48' cds, being earlier item from same correspondence. SG 10-16 cat £70+, Mi 10-16 cat €62+ as loose stamps.
