1946, "PORTO" overprints type I and II, 10l. on 20l., 20l. on 20l. and 30l. on 20l., three values each as vertical type pair, mint never hinged, very faint fingerprints, normal rough perforation (=no fault). Very rare pieces, only 1600 resp. 1196 resp. 1200 stamps were surcharged in type II!
