M. Ballantyne, Pinoccio, "Danny the Detective" (based on David Tidhar the real-life investigator), and some light semi-military references referring to the War of Independence in the background; a little over a month before Israel's statehood, and no longer bearing "printed in Palestine" on the inside pages.
