1960s world collection in two bulging albums with much rarely seen material including imperforate sets & M/Ss, high thematic content, CTO but many of the M/Ss are uncancelled, lightly mounted. A very colourful but curious collection.

Close inspection shows that some of the corner cancels are identifiable as being from the Sydney GPO. In terms of position, the application of the cancels is consistent. We have concluded that these stamps are one of the three sets supplied to Australia by the UPU after 'SPECIMEN' Overprints or similar had been dispensed-with. (1000s)
