1941 Rare BERMUDA Censored cover to Denmark via USA With Faroes/ Denmark Mixed Franking, usage with 5 öre Denmark and pair of 50 öre Faroes issues (Cat. $180 off cover in Scott), Apr 14 use to Söra, Denmark, by Airmail to US, hence by Air to Denmark via Bermuda, Examiner 7246. As Denmark was occupied by Germany at this time, there was no direct mail service from the Faroes to Denmark. Also Danish Control Censor on reverse. No covers are recorded from Faroes, censored in Bermuda, in Peter Flynn book.
