SYRIA 1920s ISSUES COLLECTION. 100s of stamps on quadrille album leaves, the majority are from the Ottoman Empire period and represent the overprint issues with the transition handstamps, organized chronologically from 1919/1920 onwards with high values parallel mint and used, many scarce issues present and including multiples, double overprints, dramatically misplaced perforations, etc., also useful "back of the book" with Arabian postage dues and Ottoman Empire with fiscals postally used, usual mixed condition, VG-VF, extremely difficult to reassemble today with many seldom seen stamps (see online scans)
