Poland and Baltic States Collection in Scott Album - Clean collection holding mostly Poland stamps and souvenir sheets all hinge mounted to Scott Specialty pages to 1971. Mixed unused and used with many nicer items like Poland Scott 1 used (perf faults), and unused 170-190, 315-6, 333, 341-3, 347-56, and then pretty complete mixed unused and CTO to 1972. Back of the book includes Scott B26-7 used, B31 MH, B35 MH and then complete to 1952. Nice selections of airmails, dues, and unused Poland offices abroad follow. Other Baltic States exhibit a sparse showings of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania with a couple complete sets. Nice collection to build on, adding the more valuable stuff. Few faults, mostly F-VF.
