1870 Folded cover used from St. Thomas to Jacmel, HAITI 'per Steamer', franked by two singles of GB 2d. blue (Plate 13) tied by numeral "C51" in oval of bars, with "ST-THOMAS PAID/A/NO 16/70" despatch cds in red and oval sender's datestamp in blue alongside. "5/BIT/1905") mint otherwise used, including several Numerals (1873-1896 issues) with upright/inverted frame, colour shades etc., one bisected 4c on piece, and six stamps of 1905-16 issues up to 1916 30c.
