CZECHOSLOVAKIA, EXTENSIVE COLLECTION,One man's collection housed in 18 volumes including some postal history. A very interesting, diverse and exciting range of material filling up a two boxes including much non-Scott listed. Most of the albums are substantial, well filled and written up with much material outside the box. The same goes for the postal history housed in albums which is about a third of this. Interestingly, there is very little modern and in the same auction we have offered the loose postal history and stamps housed in glassines from the same vendor's estate. A thoroughly recommended viewing with huge potential here. This part has been valued by us at $150 an album across the board, many books clearly are worth multiples of that. An opportunity for a dealer or collector of this area.

CZECHOSLOVAKIAN POSTAL HISTORY ACCUMULATION, A late entry filling up a large box with a very diverse range of postal history from the first issues onwards, virtually all bought individually over many years. This represents the 'work in progress' section, being the second half of a vendor's estate, the first being offered intact in albums also in this auction. It is very noticable that there is very little modern here among the several hundreds if not thousands of covers present, many would easily sell from $10++ to $50 each on eBay, huge potential notwithstanding the work needed to process this to best advantage. Also noticed occasional stamps in glassines, often better even a little Hungary m/s as well. A very meaty lot that will keep a dealer or collector busy for weeks.
