Denominations), Kiauchau a few Yachts, Mariana Islands a few Yachts, Ruanda Urundi mostly complete to 1931, Samoa a few early Express (probably reprints), good Palm Trees with surcharges and Provisional Govt. overprints, a few early Empire overprints, Yacht up to 3m, 103, decent amount of Samoa overprints on New Zealand issues, 142-53. Condition and centering are both mixed as usual, generally Fine to Very Fine.
