Turkey begins with a 1 p "TUGHRA", cancelled "BATTAL", Portugal with a good range of "PEDRO" issues. Norway with a fine 1856 2 Sk "OSKAR" beautifully cancelled "LAURIG". The quality is often very positive but as usual in a lot like this sometimes mixed. Good lot with a high catalogue value.
