Cape Verde Mint/Used Collection to 1968 on Scott Specialty Pages - Clean collection of a couple 100 stamps on Scott pages, with early section to 1940 somewhat remaindered. Spotted Scott 252-4, 257-65, 277-86, C1-9 all unused, and then pretty much complete to 1968. Although not expensive, we also spotted some rarely seen postal tax stamps. Mostly F-VF with a used stamp along with the mint in some of the spaces. (Est $150-200)
