Australia: 1908 Visit of the American Fleet to Australia Postcard collection on annotated leaves, comprising 'Ships of the Fleet' blue-prints set of 16, two with advertising on reverse, 'Semco' Portraits & Flags (2, -one a rebacked UK topographical, 'WTP' chromo lithographs (4), real photo types of festivities (6), a six-panel US Naval Display, panorama card posted at Sydney, a 'Souvenir from the People of Victoria' single card + foldout format, also the issued cards of NSW 1d & 1½d & Victoria 1d unused, condition mostly fine (61). Fantastic basis for a future exhibit. (P)
