1870 Letter from SISTOV to Orsova, Rumania franked by Danube Steamship Company 1867 10 kr. green tied by oval h/s "AGENTIE/D.D.S.G./SISTOV" and small "19/3" cds both on blue. The stamp cut by scissors (short or cut perfs at bottom and right) and with a light crease at right. Nevertheless an attractive and scarce letter.
