Belgium and Colonies extensive mainly mint collection in three Scott Specialty albums 1849-1997. Spot check revealed that most of the stamps are previously hinged. Strong throughout missing only the most elusive from completion. Weakest in the pre 1920 sections with used filling many of the spaces here. Strong BOB with many good parcel post sets. Includes: mint #108-122, 124-137, 171, 212-215, 221, B1-B24, B69-B83, B125-B131, Q61-Q80, Q132-Q138, Q139-Q172, Q310-326, Q343-361B, and Q374-Q377. Well over 85% complete for the pages. Plenty of power in the mint complete sets along with clean continuable albums should put this one on many bidder's lists. (Image)
