BELGIUM, BELGIAN GOVERNMENT IN EXILE DURING WORLD WAR I, 1914 GROUP OF POSTAL CARDS WITH ADDITIONAL FRANKING OF 1912 KING ALBERT ISSUE SENT FROM LE HAVRE, FRANCE, 5c Lion type postal card, eight, each with a different additional franking sent late in 1914 from Le Havre to Deauville as souvenirs from the Belgian contingent in France, the cards are numbered in manuscript #1 thru #8, in addition another 5c Lion type with additional franking sent in 1915 by the same sender, further a picture postcard from 1914 picturing Hotel Nice-Havrais where the Belgian exile government resided, also to the same addressee, very fine and interesting group showing that the use of Belgian stamps were permitted from this area in France during World War I (Image)
