AUSTRIA VIRTUALLY COMPLETE, Handsome collection housed in a Scott National album with virtually every stamp in excellent condition, mostly used in the classics tending to go mint, as the decades go by during the 20th century. Beginning with the first imperf issues #1, this is a collection with hardly empty spaces save Dolfuss and Renners and a handful of other stamps. The Birthday Jubiliee issue of 1910 is one of the finest we have seen in a long while, excellent centering and hardly ever exposed to light (Scott #128-#144). Nearly every Scott number here, a delightful collection to view including all the better semi postals. All better postals such as Rotary, 1933 skiing, WIPA, the deliverance series of 1934 and all the rest, similarly all the better semi postals post 1945 including voters emancipation etc. through to complete airmails post 1925 onwards and postage dues complete from 1894, offered intact as received.

AUSTRIA, Comprehensive collection housed on a substantial stack of of Scott album leaves, in chronological order and category. The rarities are missing, nevertheless a very good showing from #1 onwards. There is occasional duplication especially on the classics, presented 'stamp on stamp' for different types, postmarks etc. making a challenging viewing. The 20th century is also strong inc Franz Josef complete to 10k, leading on to other highlights such as the Hitler o/ps of 1945 for use in Styria with both vertical and diagonal o/ps to 5rm, the latter high values signed on back followed by, a good range of post 1945 again with few empty spaces. Also noticed useful back of the book military issues and much more. A collection that gets better on each inspection, a recommended viewing.
